How to get licensed (5 minute video based on CA agents)

• To begin working you need to get licensed
  • Pre-licensing courses are dependant on state
    • • Step 1 is to identify your states requirements
      • Step 2 is to complete the pre-licensing course (We will supply you with your own portal)
      • Step 3 is to complete the pre-licensing final exam
      • Step 4 is to apply for the license exam with your state
      • Step 5 is to sign up for the crash course in a city near you
      • Step 6 is to pass the course
      • Step 7 is to pay all fees to your state for licensing
      • Step 8 is to sign up with EXP realty or a local broker
      • Step 9 is to get to work son
  • Once pre-licensing complete you are eligible to take exam
• You do not need a degree or special training. However if you do not have a bachelor's degree in anything real estate/finance related, you can simply apply for the exam. This is true for attorneys who have passed the bar as well.
• There are ways to make money on the service side without being licensed but that is where wholesaling comes in
• Plan out how they are going to take the course and the way to do it as fast as possible. The course should take you no more than 90 days. Once you complete the course your state turn times will dictate your exam time.
• Point out the main things they need to study for and stuff that usually isnt covered- The crash course prior to the exam is imperative as we will discuss key words to look for on the exam. We will sign you up for the crash course near you.
