Some of you who are signed up for this course have no idea what you want to do in life and that is fine. Real estate shouldn't just be a career, it should be a lifestyle. I always tell the younger generation that doing something that you love is almost impossible to accomplish if you don't want to be broke. What is way easier, is the ability to produce income from other sources, which in turn enables you to live the life you have always wanted.

Imagine bringing in $3,000 a month in passive income while you chase your wildest dreams of an Art career or bringing in $10,000 a month of passive income while you travel to Africa to assist with orphanages and bringing them fresh water.
