Joshua Massieh has resided in San Diego for over 30 years. His career in the real estate market began in 1999 as his father forced him into the assistant role at the age of 15. In 2002, he obtained his real estate license and began to venture off on his own. 5 years later he obtained his NMLS license which also allowed him to originate mortgage loans.

A real estate jack of all trades, Joshua made his biggest transition when he started working for a federal bank. As the Vice President of Retail Mortgage Sales, he developed the skills necessary to lead individuals pursuing the same real estate journey. His division funded anywhere from 30-70 million a month in transactions.

After 6 years with the bank, Joshua obtained his California Real Estate Brokers license and reestablished his fathers brokerage.

With over 15 agents and 4 loan officers, Joshua has a full plate in front of him.

Free time is typically when everyone is asleep, so activities are hard to come by! If you do see Joshua out, he is most likely at the gym or any local sporting events.

Who is this course for?
Anyone looking to get involved in real estate. If you are looking to become an agent, we provide prelicensing education that will qualify you to take your test in your state, and supplemental material to teach you how to actually become a successful agent and close deals! If you are looking to flip houses or wholesale, we outline the process of generating leads, getting investors, the forms you will need and show you real life examples off of work we did, and share our inside secrets to get an edge on the competition.
Will this course qualify me to take my state license test?
YES. We specifically offer and have a section dedicated to pre-licensing. We will walk you through every step as well!
Will this course make me a millionaire?
Sadly no. That is dependant on you. A lot of people have a million dollar mindset and a 10 cent work ethic. Realistically most of are agents make around $40-200k a year. Some only work a few months out of the year, some work everyday. You will get what you what you put in, but everything in this course has been proven to profit if you really follow through. As far as flipping/Wholesaling, that is another story. The average profit per deal for our flips is around $50-75k and wholesale deals are around $3-8k. The volume you get will be dependent on what you put into it and also your state. This course isn't to get rich quick, this course is designed to help you build a career, hopefully with you alongside us joining our team!
Does it matter which course I select? Why is one more expensive?
YES, if you are in a state other than California, Florida, Michigan, Mississippi, Virginia & Washington, select the "ALL OTHER STATES" course instead. This is because not all pre-licensing requirements are the same and the other states usually require a lot more hours and different materials. If you don't plan on getting your license and using our pre-licensing course, simply select the cheaper course!
What if my state isn't on the list?
It just means your state has a requirement that you must attend and complete your required hours in a class room setting. Old school style. I know, it hurts me as well.
